He is survived by : his children, Katie Cavender of Irving, Texas, Jeff and Pete Cavender of Boise, Idaho; and his siblings, Bob Cavender, Pete Cavender (Julie) of Reno, Nevada and Linda Rodriguez (Joe) of Greeley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
