He is survived by: his mother Sydney Thaxton (Yakima); his significant other Cathy Thaxton; his sons, Casey, Jeffrey (Brianna), David (Danielle) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Payton, Aubrie, Tanner, Aviya, Chace, Emily, Juliana and Xavier; and his sisters, Sue Carlson (Tom), Lorene Thaxton (Ken Lawson) and Kathleen Blakk.
