He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Phillips; his sons, Jake Anthony of Spokane, Washington. and Paul Perez, Jr. of El Cajon; his grandchildren, Eliora, Jaina, Breanna and Kemina Perez; his siblings, Barbara and Thomas; and his close friend Connie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
