He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Polm. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Kirby, Carnan (Bruce Davis) and Libby; his sister Janie (Rob Carr); and his children, John and Sandia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
