He is survived by: his friend Arlee Partin; his daughter Rebecca; his wife Louise Burkhalter; his children, Belle Miller (Stan), Jeffrey Burkhalter, Christy Burkhalter (Lou Ann) and Becky Montgomery (Lon); and also Louise Claire Uptain. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 2 great - great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
