He is survived by: his wife Jalyn Belle Howard; his children, Jacey Bateman (Clint) of Nephi, Kade Shaw (Sarah) of Dietrich and Jett Shaw (Malia) of Paul, Idaho; his grandchildren, Taytum, Bentley, Archie, Scottie and Quinn; his parents, Hubert Shaw and Rita Shaw; and his siblings, Andy Shaw, Cammy Berthelson, Colette Harris and Alicia Rivoli.
