He is survived by: his former spouse Terry Strickland; his son Shane Thomas (Ellen); his former spouse Lauri Johnston; his wife Bonnie Barton Bandy; his children, Shelley Wray (Tanner), Sarah Hinton (Cedar), Dallan Bandy, Hailey Ritchie (Becca) and Michael Detwiler (Kristina); his sister Paula DeJoshua; and his caregivers, Magic Valley, Nephrology Clinic, Neurology, Dr. Glen Page and Dr. Tyson Steel. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
