He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Howard and Grace Howard; and his wife Tudy. He is survived by: his sisters, Leaila Johnson (Arthur) and Linda Mashburn (Lindol); his daughters, Candy Throop (Bob) and Cinda Peña (Mike); his grandchildren, Dean Throop, Lauren Peña (Cade Mayo), Karlee Pecchenino (Dennis) and Michael Peña (Colbie); and his great grandchildren, Alex Throop, Katherine Throop, Miko Mae Rose Pecchenino and Michael Christopher Peña.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morrison Payne Funeral Home & Crematory (321 E Main St, Burley, ID 83318). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
