He is survived by: his parents, Gary Hulse and Lorraine Hulse; his brother Ronald Hulse; his sons, Adam Hulse and Christoper Hulse; his grandchildren, Azerah Hulse and Hex; and his siblings, Mitchell Hulse, Laura Barney, Tiffany Kahalioumi and Shawn Hulse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
