He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Fennell and Rosa Fennell; his sister Marlene Fredrickson; his brother-in-law Ken Fredrickson; and his father-in-law Darlington.
He is survived by: his wife Glinda Fennell of Burley; his son Derek Fennell; his daughter-in-law Christina Fennell of Twin Falls; his grandchildren, Bronson Fennell and Mattie Fennell Twin Falls; and his sisters, Rosalie Rush Kuna of Idaho and Rita Svoboda Paul (Milo).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jim's.
