He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bingham Hunter and Rachel Cecelia Beckstrand; his wife Shirley Archer; and his siblings, Mable Hinckley, Walter Hunter and David Hunter.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Alan" (Jeanne) of Burley and Richard of Stuart, Florida; his grandchildren, Valene Scipioni (Mike) of Palm Bay, Florida, Jeremy, Michael, Jason, Carl and Lori; his great grandchildren, Kole, Garrett, Megan, Karson, Paige, Carter, Nathan, Daniel, Colin and Patrick; and his siblings, Gloria Jones and Edward Hunter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home (1350 E 16th St, Burley, ID 83318). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
