She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Jobe; her sons, Jock, Ernie and Ted Carter; and her parents, Lucy Stocking and Jim Stocking.
She is survived by: her daughter Loa Kay Carter Whiteley; and her sister Marlene Peterson. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
