He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Anna Lee, Tasha Payton (Matt), Jeremy (Jennifer), Jade, Laisa (Jonah) and Chase (Yamammy); his grandchildren, Trey, Rhendi, Talia, Blakely, Skyler, Hope, Livia, Kendyll, Preslee, Tyce, Peter and Radley; his great grandchildren, Raylee, Casen Elquist, Noa Whimpey, Bodee Robles and Bree Cleverley; and his sisters, Tamara Anderson (David Proctor), Jessie Whiteley and Sheila Cook (Scott).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Burley 5th Ward. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery (23364 MO-113, Oakley, ID 83346).
