He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack B Adams and Helen Owens Adams; and his siblings, John Adams, Dennis Summers, Janet Wagner, Russel Fisher and Kristee Staley.

He is survived by : his grandchildren, James and Bethany; his wife Teresa Moore; his children, Abrey Watterson (Owen), James Adams and Bethany Hendrix (Talon); his grandchildren, Hayden Thaxton, Allie Adams and Paisley Adams; and his siblings, Jackee Fairchild, Cindy Dal Soglio (Steve), Candee Jane Proctor (Will) and Kenneth Adams (KC).

He and Teresa hosted many parties and gatherings as well as charity auctions and dinners for people in need.
