It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Theodore Kelsey of Burley, Idaho, born in Gooding, Idaho, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Duen and Jean Armstrong Kelsey; his sister Susan LeProwse; his sister-in-law Sidni Kelsey (Johnson); and his nephews, Jason LeProwse and Bo Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waddoups; his nephew Lehi Blair; his brothers, Steve (Ginger) and Mike Kelsey (Kay); Leah May Gandenberger (Riggins), Amanda Riggins, Felicia Blair and Shannon Williams (Riggins). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
