She is survived by: her husband Jerry Thomsen of Burley; her children, Rachel Thomsen of St. Anthony, Amanda Maxam (Jeff) of Pinedale, Sarah Iglesias (Leslie) of Mustang and Joshua Thomsen of Burley; her siblings, Thom Cook (Nikki) of Mountain Home, Kelly Cook (Tena) of Baker City, Roger Cook (Dyann) of Boise, David Cook (Cyndi) of Mountain Home and Alison Monasterio of Boise; and her grandchildren, Shyla, Zach, Daniel, Brooke, Mia and Laura. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
