With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommie Lucille Meherg Dean of Burley, Idaho, born in Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on January 27, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rayburn Meherg and Irene Fowler Meherg; her siblings, Eloise Gregory, James Ray Meherg and Dan Meherg; her nephew Gene Sanford; and her great-nephew Patrick Dean.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Dean; her children, Stephen Allen (Megan) and Donna Allen (Regina); her sister Johnnie Sanford; her grandchildren, Eleanor Allen, Ben Allen, Margot Allen, Archer Sollars, Hudson Dean (Anna) and Tilly Dean (Elvis); her great great grandchildren, Elvis Jr. and Rayne Delacruz; Chellie Sollars (Jeff).
