We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 79, William Garrard (Burley, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his granddaughter Celes Olsen; his parents, Melvin Horace and Ruth Smith Garrard; and his siblings-in-law, Grant McKell Beck, Phyllis Beck, Bernice Beck, Denny Beck and Garth Beck.

He is survived by : his wife Sandy; and his children, Becky (Scott Webb), Brenda (Allen Olsen), Alan (Josee), Natalie (Dennie Smyer), Jill (Kyle Orton) and Bret (Kaylin). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
