It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara C. Russell (Caldwell, Idaho) is shared. Barbara, born on October 23, 1946 in Moscow, Idaho, passed away on July 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Chapman and Gerald Chapman; and her sister Gail. She is survived by: her daughters, Megan (Jeff) and Kristie (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Adrie, Tucker (Megan), Camille, Aiden, Hailey, Tyler and Bryant (Kristie).
