He is survived by: his mother Joanne Hurlburt; his wife Paula Hurlburt; his daughters, Tiffany Nelson (Greg Nelson) and Brandi Lloyd (Jason Lloyd); his grandchildren, Erin Nelson, Andrew Nelson, Reese Lloyd and Sabrina Lloyd; his great grandchild Emery Fuselier; and his siblings, Robert Coverdell (Jane Coverdell), Duane Gadbaw and Vickie Sanchez.
