He is survived by: his significant other Elaine Ward; his children, Devin Dice (Shelli), Dion Dice and Diana Dice; his grandchildren, Seth Dice, Anya Dice, Lindi Dice and Pete Dice; his siblings, Jean Brandenburger, Dennis Dice, Rita Peterson (Gene), Kathy Coats, Bonnie Cravens-Todd (Jerry) and Terry Dice (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Dice. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
