He is survived by: his wife Connie Dee Casper; his siblings, Jolayne Eastman (John), Lynette Clark (Larry), Phillip McMullin (Joy), Nadene Adams (David) and Wallace McMullin (Kim); and his children, Melodie Arave (Matthew), Jana Rice (David), Jeremy McMullin (Lara), Christy Nye (Jared), Karen Rains (Daniel), Carol King, Matthew McMullin (Samantha) and Michael McMullin (Trenna). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren.
