He is survived by: his wife Sandy Creek; his siblings, Linda Lund, Patricia Wise and Joseph Petty; his children, Kendra (Shawn), Jennifer, Sandee (Jason), Lindsey (Carlo) and Kendall; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Lauren, Dominick, Devin, Ashton, Dawnte, Taten, Tarence, Alyssa, Vivianna, Carlo III, Charlie, Abby, Isla and Eivin. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
