He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deloyd Lowder and Trilba Jones Lowder; and his children, Russell Dee Lowder, Camerson Gene Lowder, Joann Vernes, Elizibeth Fowble, Sharlene Reid, John Loyd Lowder and David Kendrick Lowder. He was also cherished by children gave him 25 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
