She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Miller and Bertha Johanna Roedel Harshman; her husband Frank Lammey; and her son David. She is survived by: her daughter Alice Salisbury (Ron); her grandchildren, Matt Salisbury, Lacey Arocha (Mike), Chris Lammey (Sarah) and Kayla Martinez (Bardo); her sister Barbara Kelso of Caldwell; Ayden Eismann, Trey Christensen, Austynn Arocha and CJ Lammey.

“Even though i married into the family later in years marrying Charlie Kelo son of Barbra Kelso, and meeting Thelma, i took to her right off, she became very dear to me quickly, when ever we'd come down from Montana it became a special time to go visit her, she was always so welcoming to our time together and always gave me a loaf of her special chocolate chip Zucchini bread, walked around her beautiful yard and showing me her wonderful garden, sharing vegetables and story's of times passed.”
