She is survived by: her parents, Clemente Perez and Samantha Morris; her children, Juan, Khloe and Emiliano; her sisters, Sarah Perez (Nevada), Crystal Perez (Utah) and Faith Morris (Idaho); and her grandmother Diane (Illinois). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and distant relatives.
