He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Todd Sr. and Ernestine Todd; his children, Mark, Mike and Becky; and his brothers, Marv Todd, Jim Todd and Randal Russell.

He is survived by: his former wives, Rebecca Chattos and Marcia Graves; his wife Kathy Sisk; his children, Troy Todd, Gina Todd, Elyse Todd and Jason Kowalczuk; his grandchildren, Kodie Todd (Sage), Lacey Kerr (Dustin), Nancy, Danilla, Jack and Bearen Kowalczuk; and his siblings, Carol Swincher, Linda Hann, Sandy Taylor and Gary Todd. He is also survived by 2 Great grandchildren.
