She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Madee Smith; and her brother Johnnie Smith. She is survived by: her husband Reynolds Pennick; her children, Robert, Jay Pennick and Leanna Kemp; and her siblings, Evelyn Smith and James Smith. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
