He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Soulek and Mary Soulek. He is survived by: his wife Denise Soulek; his children, Doug Soulek of Beaverton, Dave, Lisa Soulek of Caldwell, Kathy and Sebastian Letteer of Salkum, Washington; and his siblings, Tom Soulek of Garretson, Barb Meyer of Mt. Vernon, Bill Soulek of Kimball and John Soulek of Kimball. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
