He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Curtis and Dorothy Maxine Myers; his parents-in-law, Gaylen and Elaine Harris; his nephew Chris; and his sister Mickey Jo Patton.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Amy (Derrick), Cayce and Cassia; his grandchildren, Kamron, Darius (DJ), Jon Thomas (JT), Bodhi and Nia; and his sister Tammy McGinn (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
