She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen K. Ward and Opal Luella Miles Ward; her daughter Ann Marie; and her great grandchild Crimson Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Gary H Carlsen; her children, Ginette (Whitney Manwaring), Denise Humphreys, Brett (Lisa Carlsen), Gregory (Christy Carlsen) and Jeffrey (Jodi Carlsen); her sister Geraldine Bloom; and her brother-in-law Michael Bloom. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
