He was predeceased by : his mother Lorraine Bertsch. He is survived by : his father Delbert Bertsch; his sisters, Cyndie Meline (Bob) and Shannon Bertsch Libby (Harold); his nieces, Nikki Meline (Ethan Ostrom) and Alisha Libby; and his nephew Parker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National MS Society in Brent's name.
