He is survived by: his wife Allene Tingey; his brother Steve Tolman (Donna); and his children, Colleen Sahin (Hakan), Paul Tolman (Megan), Phillip Tolman (Megan) and Todd Tolman (Mandy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
