He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne and Vera Summers Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ricks; his siblings, Marty (Shirley), Dan (Jolene), Barbara Contreras (Victor) and Sharen Myers (Rob); and his children, Rob (Nicole), Kendra Souza (Benji), Daren (Julie) and Brad (Tifani). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Herb enjoyed serving in the community and was active in local community organizations including Lions Club, United Way, Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America, Pocatello Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society, and the Estate Planning Council.
