He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne and Vera Summers Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ricks; his siblings, Marty (Shirley), Dan (Jolene), Barbara Contreras (Victor) and Sharen Myers (Rob); and his children, Rob (Nicole), Kendra Souza (Benji), Daren (Julie) and Brad (Tifani). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the LDS Chapel (4600 Victory Ave, Chubbuck, ID 83202). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Canterbury Ward (4600 Victory Ave, Chubbuck, ID 83202). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83205).
Herb enjoyed serving in the community and was active in local community organizations including Lions Club, United Way, Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America, Pocatello Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society, and the Estate Planning Council.
