He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen William MacKay and Dorothy Joan Irving MacKay; his grandmother Estelle Phillips; and his brother-in-law Al Stillman. He is survived by: his wife Karen K. MacKay-Pocatello; his siblings, Glen Douglas MacKay (Maurine), JoAnne MacKay Stillman and Lorraine MacKay Panks (Dan); and his aunt Ione McBride.
