With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Roy Scott (Chubbuck, Idaho), born in Kimberly, Idaho, who passed away on February 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Scott and Ruth Scott; and his sister-in-law Alice Nielson. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Thomason of Pocatello, ID; his children, Tricia Haworth (Kevin) of Cincinnati, OH, Matthew Scott of Duluth, MN and Emily Mark (Ryan) of Pocatello, ID; his grandchildren, Grayson, Hunter Mark, Hailey and Clara Haworth; his brothers, Jerry Scott (Cathy) of Naxxar, Mike Scott (Kathy), Andy Scott of Heyburn, ID and Greg Scott (Ervin) of Boise, ID; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Nielson and D. L. Thomason of Renton, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
