He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Lee; his children, Sheri Lee, Michael Lloyd Lee (Gina Francis), David Rex Lee (Wendy), Denelle Lee McDermott (Rhett), Andrea Lee Upton Rowley (Peter) and Phillip Curtis Lee; and his siblings, Robert England Lee (Becky) and Candace Lee Busby (Don). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
