She was loved and cherished by many people including: her nephews, Todd and Stewart; her parents, Stewart Alfred and Vera Adams Mingo; her sister Mary Mingo (Ronald Nelson); her children, Vickie Jacobsen, Todd Nelson (Linda), Richard Nelson (Marsha), Robert Nelson (Bonnie), Kurt Nelson (Jody), Terry Nielsen (Doug), Stewart Nelson (Cindy), Rose Mary Johnson (Robert), Bonnie Weaver (Richard), Ronnie Nelson (Betty), Patti Armstrong (Rick), Jo Anne Briscoe (Terry), Craig Nelson, Vera Clark (Kendall) and Jan Hill (Dennis); her sister Patsy (Ralph Nelson); her nephew Craig Nelson; her nieces, Jo Anne Briscoe, Terry Nelson and Rose Mary Johnson; and her great-nephews, Stewart Nelson, Jr. and Kutter Mingo Nelson. She was also cherished by 14 nieces and nephews, 56 great nieces and nephews, and many great-great nieces and nephews.
