She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lowe and Carma Cordon Lowe; and her sister Sylvia Lowe Farris. She is survived by: her husband Adelbert; her children, James Carr Potter and April Jo Pérez (Everardo); her grandchildren, María Pérez, Luz "Luci" Pérez, Gabriela "Gabe" Pérez, José "Moroni" Pérez, Nefi Pérez and Esmeralda "Esme" Pérez; and her siblings, Deon Ballard (Dave), Douglas Lowe (Magdalena), Dennis Lowe (Kathleen), Steve Lowe (Pat), Sidney Ellingford and Susan Silva (Bill).
