He is survived by: his parents, Barry Guy Neilsen and Cheryl Christiansen Neilsen; his siblings, Thomas Neilsen (Annie), Tiffany McLelland (Donald), Cassandra Wilcox (Andrew), Christopher Neilsen (Amber) and Kathryn Walker (Christopher); his children, Michael Guy Neilsen, Richard Chancellor Neilsen (Ashleigh), Aubriana Renee Neilsen, Alexander Lowell Neilsen and Tabrie Johanne Neilsen; his stepmother Terry Austin Neilsen; and his grandmother Connie Bolingbroke Neilsen.
