He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas L. Baker (Hans) and Emma Lois Baker (Herrick); and his siblings, Cleone Cabutti, Geneal Dockstader, La Nea Baker, Sandra Housman and L. Dee.

He is survived by : his former life partners, Juanita "Maxine" Hopkins and Alice Elizabeth "Beth" Stanger; his sister Roxanne Mussulman; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Shante'; his wife Janet M Baker of Chubbuck, ID; his siblings, Phyllis Griffin of Ucon, ID and Tom E. Baker of Houston, TX; his children, Alisa Hymas (Mike) of Chubbuck, ID, Angela Ross (Eric) of Fruitland, ID, Ric Baker of Warner Springs, CA, Marti Ottley (Robert) of Inkom, ID, James L Grady of Bainbridge Island, WA, Bill Waters (Matthew) of Gig Harbor, WA and Janene Taylor of Meridian, ID; his brother-in-law Steve Ozburn; and also Steve Ozburn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (421 H St, Rupert, ID 83350).
