He is survived by: his sister Margaret Partika (Rick DeLao); his sister-in-law Cindy Rivas; his nieces and nephews, Eric Partika (Jennifer), Ryan Partika (Elizabeth), Xavier Rivas (Kelly Clark-Rivas), Octavian Rivas (Sydnee Ramsey-Rivas), Jenelle Lopez-Rivas and TiAnne Michelson (Richie Michelson); and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and many dear friends.
