He is survived by: his wife Rainie; his brothers, Clynn, Kevin, Galen, Dallin and Rick; and his children, Jeff Phillips (Debbie), Cheray Weller (Bob) and Regan Phillips (Sharie). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
