He was predeceased by: his wife Jan; his parents, Eileen Litzenberger and Otto Litzenberger; and his brother Darryl Litzenberger. He is survived by: his sons, Tim of Richland and Bill of Post Falls; his daughter-in-law Marisa; and his grandson Caleb.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home (744 N 4th St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery - Post Falls. A reception will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home Hayden Chapel and Gathering Center (373 E Hayden Ave, Hayden, ID 83835).
