She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Bailey and Mildred Bailey; her spouse Thomas B. Pannell; and her sons, Thomas B. Pannell (Dusty) of St. Maries and Gregory E. Pannell (Amy) of Genesee, Idaho.. She was also cherished by three grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
