He is survived by: his former wife Caroline Carter; his wife Carole Kayser; his siblings, Bud Kayser and Norma Jean Prucha; and his daughters, Laura Cheeseborough, Nancy DeAustin (BJ), Susan Fasnacht (Bob) and Julie Gordon (Craig). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
