He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl E. Hersrud and Katherine Hersrud (Winkel); his wife Jean M. Sorley; his children, Shannon Gilbert, Stacy Bannerman and Steven; his daughter-in-law Monique Hersrud; his grandchildren, Keegan and Kennedy Hersrud; and his siblings, Mary Kate Leetun (Tracy), Dodie Egge (Steve) and Gene Hersrud. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
