We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 87, Phyllis Josephine Green (Council, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her son George Green; her parents, Bertha Permiller (Wheeler) and George Jasper Heathco; her former life partner Richard Leo Green (Dick) of Indian Valley, ID; her children, Vickie (Dick) and Richard Leo; and also Vickie. She was also cherished by her children, her 15 grandchildren, and her many great-grandchildren.
