He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Haggard Permann (Vollmer) and Cecil Haggard; his stepfather Otto Permann (Lorraine Permann); and his son John Permann. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Permann; his children, Joni Petersen (Mike) and Vaun Permann (Beatriz); and his grandchildren, Michael Permann, Austin Petersen (Noel), Evan Petersen, Dylan Petersen and Ava Petersen.
