He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Jr. Lewis and Veloy Marsden Lewis; and his brothers, Daniel Wayne Lewis and Dennis Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Dirk Lewis and Dewayne Lewis (Lyndsay); his granddaughters, Quinn and Fallynn Lewis; his siblings, Gail Adams and Dale "Dee" Lewis; and his nephew Bryan Adams.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home (1350 E 16th St, Burley, ID 83318). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Declo Cemetery (Declo, ID 83323).
